Subscription and billing: subscription status and billing metadata. Full payment card numbers are processed by our payment provider (such as Stripe) and are not stored on our servers.

Usage and technical data: IP address, device/browser type, approximate location (when enabled), cookies, and usage events that help us operate the Service, improve reliability, and detect abuse.

AI-assisted features

If the Service offers AI-assisted features, we may process inputs you provide to generate responses (for example, summaries or suggestions). AI output is generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. We treat AI processing as part of operating the Service and supporting your account features.

How we use your data

Process subscriptions and cancellations through our billing systems.

Improve the Service and security (including abuse prevention and troubleshooting).

We use this data in aggregated and anonymous form so that insights (for example, trends in conditions, medications, or supplements) do not identify you, your account, or your pets by name or other direct identifiers.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (for example, Stripe). We do not store your full payment card number on our servers. Card and payment method details are handled by the payment provider according to its own policies and security practices.

We may use cookies and first-party analytics to understand how the Service is used (for example, page views, feature usage, and approximate time on pages). We may also use approximate location derived from IP address when enabled. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact Support so we can take appropriate steps.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy and update the “Last updated” label when provided in our settings.
